Intellectual Property Agreement
Faculty and staff are required to sign an intellectual property agreement in accordance with University policy, RA11: Patents and Copyrights (Intellectual Property).
Drug-Free Workplace
It is the policy of The Pennsylvania State University that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance, on property owned, leased or controlled by the University and used in the performance of University services is prohibited. Any employee found in violation of these prohibitions, shall be subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal, and may be required to participate in drug abuse assistance or drug rehabilitation program.
