36-Week Supplemental Salary Requests


 

Since new salary rates are not available in time to meet payroll deadlines for July, supplemental salary requests for July will be processed on a separate form.

 

To help provide continuity in requesting supplemental payments for July 2008, the following operating guidelines have been established: 

 

  1. All eligible faculty members will complete a “Supplemental Salary Request for July Only Form” at their 2007/08 salary rate. 


    Please note that since the payroll deadline for July is earlier than other months the submission deadline has been moved up to June 12, 2008.


    No other supplemental request forms are to be submitted at this time.

  2. When the salary increase information has been released, faculty members  who received increases should complete the “Supplemental Salary Request for July Adjustment Form” to request the difference between 2007-08 and 2008-09 salary rates.  This payment will appear on your August 31, 2008 pay check.

Please Note:  As another option, the faculty member may defer all July supplemental payments until the August payroll by waiting for increase notification and   using the July Adjustment Form to request all available supplement at his/her new   year rate.
