STAFF DOSSIER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS
The following standardized format is to be used for organizing and presenting information in the staff dossier.

Sections of the dossier must be presented in the following sequence with rainbow files provided by Human Resource Services:
- Use "12" point, "Times" font
- Use one inch margins on all pages
- Pages in each section of the dossier must be numbered in the upper right hand corner as:
- Section I - the pages would be A1, A2, etc., Section II - B1, B2, etc.
