October 2009
Notebook, rainbow files, and timeline distributed to GAMMAs/BETAs applying for rank promotion
Distribute ACTS Rank Promotion & Review Process to ACTS Peer Review Committee


January 2010
Supervisors and Unit Leaders alerted of names of those applying for rank promotion
Timelines, recommendation forms and SRDP forms distributed to Supervisors and Unit Leaders
Supervisors conduct annual performance (SRDPs) reviews


February 2010
4th — SRDP completion deadline for GAMMAs/BETAs
5th — Employee completes dossier and submits to Supervisor
8th–19th — Supervisor and Unit Leader review dossier and complete recommendation forms


March 2010
1st — final dossier with completed recommendation forms submitted to HRS by Unit Leader
4th — Dean McPheron meets with and charges the ACTS Peer Review Committee
4th–31st — dossiers reviewed by ACTS Peer Review Committee


April 2010
12th — Committee chair meets with the Dean to review committee recommendations

 

June 2010
HRS advises candidates of Peer Review Committee Recommendations
