New Form I-9 Effective April 3, 2009

USCIS Releases "New" Form I-9 To Match Document Regulations.  On April 3, 2009, USCIS will release a new version of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification (Expires 6/30/09), which all employers are required to complete with respect to all new or rehired employees on or before the first day of employment. 

Competencies for Job Classification

Over the next few years, all jobs at Penn State will be transitioned into the Competencies program and the SPEC Program will be phased out.
